Incorporated in New Jersey in 2023 and open for business from 2026, GHI ENGITECH MARK USA INC is the American front door of a group that began as a forging works in Vadodara in 1979 and grew into engineering, technology, trade, and foods across three countries. We bring that network, quality discipline, and investment capacity to our American partners.
1979
Gujarat Hardware Industries is founded
A nonferrous forging works opens in Vadodara, Gujarat: the beginning of what becomes GHI ENGITECH MARK.
1980s to 2000s
The transformer components trade grows
GHI becomes a trusted name to the majority of India's transformer OEMs, building a network of over 1000 vendor partners and a catalogue of 30+ precision parts.
2010s
A group takes shape
The firm rebrands as GHI ENGITECH MARK and begins extending its engineering discipline beyond the forge.
2020s
Technology, foods, and North America
GHI ENGITECH MARK PRIVATE LIMITED is incorporated for networks, security, and digital commerce. GHI GOURMET HEALTH IMPRESSIONS launches in spices. GHI Engitech Mark Canada Inc. opens in Brampton, Ontario, with a presence in New Jersey.
2023
GHI ENGITECH MARK USA INC is incorporated
The group's American gateway takes its own name: a New Jersey entity for supply chain, compliance, warehousing, and trade partnership across the India–USA corridor.
2026
US operations begin
The Parsippany office opens for business: sourcing briefs, warehousing programs, and trade partnerships now run from American soil.
